Fall Foliage Rides

Greetings from Londonderry,
The Green Lift will be spinning this Saturday for fall foliage rides to our Sunshine Corner Bar & Grill pop-up party!
While a nor-easter is brewing off the East Coast, winds are expected to be lower here. There may be some showers in the afternoon, but we are still on for the lift rides and festivities.
- Volunteer Glade Clean-Up Day 8:30am to 1pm with lunch at Sunshine Corner (info here)
- Green Chair lift rides from 11-4pm (info/tickets here)
- Live music at Sunshine Corner from 12-3pm
- Pumpkin decorating at base area following lift rides
- Live Band: Kale plays 6-9pm on BLT Stage (free show)
The Green Chair is ready-to-go after passing state inspection with a new loading deck built and painted this week by our lift ops team.

There are other new building projects going on as well. GM Paul Maitland is overseeing the construction of a new covered entrance into the main lodge for our guests. Right now it's a big hole in the ground so use the other side (mountain side) to enter the lodge for lift tickets on Saturday and the Black Line Tavern. Chuck Ribinsky has also added on a covered roof area on back of the T-Bar to store firewood for the firepit there; and, he's built a new valve house at the base of the Abracadabra beginner area for snowmaking there.
Plus, we purchased 8 HKD Phazers to bolster our mobile snowmaking gun fleet. Always investing to make better Magic!

Black Line Tavern
The BLT crew will be up at Sunshine Corner and down at the Tavern all day Saturday serving food and drinks. Tonight there is also SINGO!
The Magic Merchants store will be open for shopping on Saturday as well!

It's fun to be back running a lift for you these next three Saturdays, plus the Sunday of the holiday weekend on 10/11, during our second favorite season here. It gets us in the mood for our #1 favorite season: WINTER!
