Magic Mountain’s Freeride Open
Skiers and Riders of all ages are invited to tackle our renowned terrain in a fun, competitive atmosphere. Show off your skills, enjoy the camaraderie, and see how you measure up. Whether on two planks or one, this is your chance to ride, compete, and enjoy a classic Magic experience!
The Magic Mountain Freeride Open is designed as an accessible freeride experience that reflects the character of Magic Mountain—natural features, technical terrain, and a strong sense of community—while welcoming a range of ability levels and age groups. Competitors must be confident navigating black diamond and double black diamond terrain.
At the end of this event we will crown our Women’s Champion and our Men’s Champion for the season, with each winner receiving a season pass for winter 2026-2027! There will also be age base awards.
